Job Description: Business Development Manager - Gold Backed Cryptocurrency Investment Packages

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to directly introduce and offer 11::11 coin, the Gold Backed cryptocurrency, to Institutional investors, financial advisors, and SMSFs and corporations.

The product: 11::11 Coin bundles as Investment packages in the form of LP V4 NFTs. Powered by the ALLTRA SmartChain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Finance and Investment sector, with previous experience in Cryptocurrency being an advantage. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential, subject to meeting certain conditions and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and attract potential institutional investors, financial advisors, and SMSFs for the 11::11-coin Investment packages.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in the cryptocurrency and investment sectors.

Present and pitch the 11::11-coin Investment packages to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of investing in a Gold Backed cryptocurrency.

Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and achieving sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.

Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and market trends related to cryptocurrencies and investments.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the 11::11-coin Investment packages and generate leads.

Plan and host micro events such as networking functions, meet and greets and New product Launches.

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the Finance and Investment sector.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and investment strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Self-motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

 

Compensation:

This position offers uncapped commission earnings, providing the opportunity to significantly increase income based on sales performance. Conditions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be discussed during the interview process. Monthly Residual Income opportunity for the best candidates.
