Hyper-Barter Exchange Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual or entity (“Member” or “You”) and HYBX, the Hyper-Barter Exchange (“HYBX” or “Exchange”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the HYBX platform and the barter currency known as HYBX’s ALL coin, which operates on the ALL Mainnet blockchain platform. By becoming a member of HYBX, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Membership Eligibility:
a) To become a member of HYBX, you must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
b) You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Membership Benefits:
a) As a member of HYBX, you gain access to the Exchange’s platform, which facilitates barter transactions using the HYBX’s ALL coin.
b) You can create listings for goods or services available for barter and engage in trading activities with other members.
c) The ALL Mainnet blockchain platform ensures transparent and secure ledger management for all barter transactions.
Membership Obligations:
a) You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
b) You shall not use HYBX for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering or financing illegal activities.
c) You will be solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of HYBX, including the legality and quality of goods or services offered.
d) You must comply with all rules and policies set forth by HYBX, including any changes or updates made from time to time.
Trading and Barter Currency:
a) HYBX operates on the ALL Mainnet blockchain platform, utilizing the HYBX’s ALL coin as the barter currency.
b) The ALL coin is a digital asset, stored and managed on the blockchain, representing value within the HYBX ecosystem.
c) The exchange rate between the ALL coin and other currencies may fluctuate based on market conditions.
d) HYBX reserves the right to introduce additional conditions or limitations regarding the use and exchange of the ALL coin.
Fees and Charges:
a) HYBX may charge transaction fees, listing fees, or other charges related to the use of the platform or the ALL coin.
b) The applicable fees and charges will be clearly communicated to the members, and you agree to pay them promptly.
Privacy and Data Protection:
a) HYBX will collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b) By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by HYBX.
Termination:
a) HYBX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership, without prior notice, in case of any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
b) You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to HYBX.
Limitation of Liability:
a) HYBX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or the ALL coin.
b) HYBX makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or the ALL coin.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
By completing the registration process and becoming a member of HYBX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Membership Agreement.
