Do the devices come with a user manual?
Yes. Every phone, privacy computer and crypto computer comes with its own manual as a PDF, emailed to you, written in plain English. The phone manual covers finding your way around, moving your contacts and messages across from your old phone (Android or iPhone), and day-to-day use. The computer manuals do the same for your machine.
Do any apps come preinstalled?
Yes. Your phone arrives with a full set of private apps ready to go: messaging, email, maps, browser, calendar, photos, an office suite and more, each chosen because it does its job without reporting on you. The manual walks you through what each one is for.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, your number is yours and it moves with you. We do suggest starting with a fresh SIM activated on the new phone rather than moving your old SIM card across, since a fresh one keeps the clean break between your old phone and your new one

Can I run my Windows programs on Linux?
Most people do not need to. Your computer arrives with a full office suite that opens Word and Excel files, and anything you use through a browser works exactly as before. For most other Windows programs there is a free equivalent, and we are happy to point you to the right one, just ask.
How does Linux protect my privacy?
